I have to buy Halal meat in a lot of quantities at once, because I could not find this stuff easily.
Japan is the country that is really well-known for its tender beef.
The most sought-after one is Wagyu (和牛).
Wagyu has incredible tenderness and soft buttery flavor.
There are many strict guidelines for beef to qualify as Wagyu.
In this article, I am going to share my simple recipe to serve this special beef, Wagyu.
As a student, I do not have enough time to cook a dish, so I just know a simple recipe for cooking.
1. I got this halal wagyu from Hayabusa Halal Market (near Nishi Chiba station).
2. I prepared the spice and herb then sprinkled it on the meat.
3. I cooked with middle heat and poured a little bit oil
(just a little bit, because wagyu has its oil, it will come out when you cook it).
It will not take a long time to cook or they will be overcooked.
4. I do really like spicy food, so I chose this Sambal as my sauce for enjoying this dish.
